Shalini Biswas, Managing Director of Easy Note Private Limited is the woman behind “Klassnote” from the house of premium stationery brand Easy Note Stationery Private Limited. She started her career at a very early age just after completing school. She tried her hand in an array of industries before being introduced to the world of publishing.

One of Eastern Indian’s Premier Stationery brand “Easy Note Stationery Pvt. Ltd.” was previously known as Chhaya Stationary Pvt. Ltd. The journey of the brand began with Biswas in the year of 2008 with a goal to provide quality stationery products to the education sector at an affordable price.

She has learned everything about publishing industry from the ground level. She has worked really hard and come a long way to fulfill her dreams. She believes in serving the society and wishes to return the same kind of support that she once received at the time of her struggle.

The aim of the company is to help underprivileged children specially, the girl child by providing them with all the resources they need in their lives. Since the company caters to the educational needs of the students, they have started an initiative to salute the fighting spirit of underprivileged female students and have also taken the responsibility to provide scholarships to deserving students who have struggled in their lives yet have excelled in their board exams. The organization has also taken the onus to felicitate the teachers from NGOs who have served their entire professional lives to make the children’s lives better.

Currently the brand is present across the districts of West Bengal, Bihar, Orissa, Assam, Jharkhand, North East and Tripura. The bouquet of products for the Klassnote brand include notebooks, drawing books, scrap books, practical books, graph books, lab books, note pads, graph sheets, synthetic covers etc. The company aims to manufacture innovative stationery products of high quality for the retail market in the coming days. A new pocket friendly brand for affordable stationery called ‘Star’ is also in the annual in the near future.
